Crisis Track Product Tiers

There are three Crisis Track tiers:

  • Damage Assessment - conduct damage assessments on infrastructure using GIS or tax data in preparation for a disaster declaration. This tier has everything you need to prepare for a declaration, and includes the features shown below.

  • Disaster Management - includes the features of the previous tier and expands to provide additional forms and modules, resident self-report functionality, and equipment/resource tracking and management capabilities.

  • Emergency Management - includes the features of the previous two tiers and expands to provide functionality for incident action planning, resource management, and situation reporting on emergency management incidents.

There are also add-ons, such as the Survivor Portal for adding functionality to these tiers. For more information, refer to the Survivor Portal page.
