Crisis Track Product Tiers
There are three Crisis Track tiers:

Damage Assessment - conduct damage assessments on infrastructure using GIS or tax data in preparation for a disaster declaration. This tier has everything you need to prepare for a declaration, and includes the features shown below.

Disaster Management - includes the features of the previous tier and expands to provide additional forms and modules, resident self-report
A Crisis Track web form that allows residents to submit information about damage to structures during an active incident. functionality, and equipment/resource tracking and management capabilities. -
Emergency Management - includes the features of the previous two tiers and expands to provide functionality for incident
Crisis Track allows you to track damage for several events through the Incidents feature. You can create a new incident, edit incidents, and deactivate or delete old incidents. Each incident keeps the data separate. Information such as equipment, employees, and structures are listed across all incidents. action planning, resource management, and situation reporting on emergency management incidents.
There are also add-ons, such as the Survivor Portal A Crisis Track add-on website that allows disaster survivors to report property damage and personal needs, such as food, medicine, or transportation. for adding functionality to these tiers. For more information, refer to the Survivor Portal page.
