Filter Entries

On the Entries page of the Entries module, you can filter the table of existing entries. The elements bar includes a few filtering options, but you can create more complex filters by clicking Filter and using the Filter Entries window. This helps you locate specific groups of entries. For example, you could find entries for flooded residential properties in a specific city.

To filter entries

  1. In the Entries module, on the upper left, click Filter. The Filter Entries window opens.

  2. Take any of these actions:

  3. Near the top of the Filter Entries window, click Apply Filter. The Filter Entries window closes. The Entries page displays entries matching the filter.

    The bottom left displays the number of entries that match the filter.
