Info Module

The Info module contains options and links to websites related to Self-Reporting and other features. Only administrators and commanders can access the Info module.

Option Description

Resident Self-Reporting

This is the website link used by residents to self-report damages.

Task

Specify in the menu to which task resident self-reported damages are added.

Assessment Report App

These website links allow anyone to enter a parcel ID or an address to download a PDF report of assessments completed for that location.

This is useful to give someone the ability to search data from entries for specific location, for example for a property they own but are currently away from.

Reentry Permit URL

This is the website link used to submit reentry permit applications.

If you have the All Hazards Emergency Management tier, you can set up reentry permits in situations where people need to request permission before reentering an evacuated area.

Other Self-Reporting Websites

This website link allows anyone to submit an entry for the specific form, applicant, or task.

  • Form: Select the form used when submitting an entry.

  • Applicant: Select the applicant used when submitting an entry.

  • Task: Select am existing task used when submitting an entry.

Allow Photos Enable or disable to specify whether people are allowed to add photos to self-reported entries.

Incident Map Layers

This feature is used to add map layers to the maps in an incident. For more information, see Manage Incident Map Layers.

Tasks created through these websites are listed in the Tasks module. These tasks use the Resident Self Report form and can be downloaded or assigned to a team.
