Add Equipment Resource

You can choose to add new equipment to Crisis Track or add equipment that already exists in the Crisis Track inventory. To add equipment resources, click Add in the upper left, then select one of the following:

  • New Equipment to add a new equipment to Crisis Track

  • Add Equipment from Inventory to add equipment from a list of equipment that already exists in the Crisis Track inventory.

Follow the steps below for each equipment source.

  1. Enter the following equipment information:

    • equipment asset/ID number (required)

    • equipment name (required)

    • all other relevant information for the piece of equipment (optional)

  2. Select the equipment’s status from the following options:

    • Demobilized: Demobilized and not available

    • Requested: Requested

    • Staged-Not Available: Not present but available to be assigned

    • Staged-Available: Present and available to be assigned

    • Assigned-Stand-by: Assigned to a team that is not currently active

    • Assigned-Working: Assigned to a team that is actively in use

  3. Click Save.

  1. Select all the equipment you want to add at this time.

  2. Click Save.

If all equipment from the inventory has been added, you will not be presented with a list. If a piece of equipment is missing and is not included in the inventory or all inventory equipment is added, add new equipment using the instructions above.
