Mobile App

Crisis Track works on phones and tablets running the iOS^™, Android^™, or Windows 10 operating systems. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store^®, Android Google Play^™ store, or Microsoft Store.

Spanish translation is applied automatically when your Android or Windows 10 device uses Spanish as the system language.

As a mobile app user, you will be a member of a team and your team will be assigned tasks. Inside of tasks are entries (structures in need of assessment, road closures, and so on). To get started, refer to the Navigating the Mobile App page.

The application works both on and offline allowing users to download data to the mobile app that can be used when connectivity is limited. This offline capability also allows you to track data while offline, so that you can upload it later.

Ensure that you log in and start your session while connected to the internet, and do not log out or close the app when offline, to ensure that data can be correctly uploaded later.
