Crisis Track works on phones and tablets running the iOS™, Android™, or Windows 10 operating systems. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store®, Android Google Play™ store, or Microsoft Store.
Spanish translation is applied automatically when your Android or Windows 10 device uses Spanish as the system language.
Once you've managed your incidents using the administration and incident dashboards on the Desktop console, this guide will help you collect data in the field using the mobile app. If you have any questions, issues, or feedback, please contact support@juvare.com
As a mobile app user: you will be a member of a team (e.g "DA Team 1," etc.), your team will be assigned tasks (e.g. "Willowbrook Neighborhood," etc.) and inside of tasks will be entries (Structures in need of assessment, road closures, etc.).
