Multifactor Authentication
Multifactor authentication (MFA) improves login security by requiring an additional element beyond your username and password for authentication. This means that, in addition to entering your email address and password, you must approve access through an authentication app, SMS or text message, or hardware token to complete the login process and access the solution.
If your organization uses Juvare Login Services use and configures MFA, you will be asked to set it up on account activation or login. You only need to set up MFA for a solution once. After that, you will be prompted to the same MFA method each time you log in.
