An alert, update, advisory, information, drill, or test message that can be sent & received through delivery methods such as email, voice, text, fax, or inbox. is part of the opt-in features, which are not used by some clients.
An alert, update, advisory, information, drill, or test message that can be sent & received through delivery methods such as email, voice, text, fax, or inbox.. Without Ad Hoc Alerts, you can automatically send notifications related to incidents as described in Notifications. With Ad Hoc Alerts, you can send notifications to accounts
Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution., organizations
Official entities, such as public health authorities, healthcare agencies, and corporations., and groups
Comprised of accounts with certain shared characteristics, such as role or location, but not necesarily employer. at any time.
Used to ensure messages reach recipients when creating a notification, and may include email, inbox, voice, text, fax, or pager. such as email, voice, text, fax, and Inbox.
Notifications sent through the solution appear in your Inbox. Notifications that you send to other people are stored on the Sent tab. The tabs marked Drafts and Templates allow you to store notifications that are not yet complete and reuse notifications drafted for certain situations. By default, notifications within these tabs are listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent notification at the top.

Drafts: Lists notifications you or someone else in your organization created and saved but have not yet been sent.

Templates: Lists notifications you, someone in your organization, or someone in an associated organization created, saved, and possibly shared for quick reuse in a given situation.
