Network an Organization

When an organization is part of or associated with another organization, you can network them to formalize the connection. When you make changes to an organization in the network, those changes are immediately reflected across the network.

Coalitions and facility groups automatically sync to organization networks. For example, any coalition you create generates a corresponding organization network with the same facilities. The network inherits its name and parent organization from the coalition's name and leading facility.

If an organization network is automatically generated in this way, you cannot manually edit the network. Instead, you must edit the corresponding coalition or facility group. Any changes to the coalition or facility group are automatically reflected in the network.

To network an organization

1. On the main menu, select Organizations. The Organizations page opens.

2. Select an organization. The organization details open on the right.

3. Click Network. The Network page opens.

4. Click + Add Parent. The Select Organizations page opens.

5. Select the checkbox for each organization you want to network.

6. On the upper left, click Select. The Select Organizations page opens.

7. Click Submit.

To remove an organization from a network

1. On the main menu, select Organizations. The Organizations page opens.

2. Select an organization. The organization details open on the right.

3. Click Network. The Network page opens.

4. Select the checkbox for each organization you want to remove from a network.

5. Click Remove Organizations.

6. Click Submit.
