New Features
Planning File Library
The existing Planning capabilities have been expanded and now uses the shared File Library A respository for the files you want to store and share. to manage files.
Users can now access and manage documents from the new Documents tab for a selected domain or facility. Documents can also be opened directly from Plan Summary tab for a specific plan, with related IRGs and positions organized Official entities, such as public health authorities, healthcare agencies, and corporations. within the File Library.
Folders for plans, IRGs, and positions are created automatically as needed and remain aligned when planning content is renamed or removed.
During the transition to the new Documents functionality, users may see both the existing Library tab and the new Documents tab. This allows users time to move files from the existing Library to the new File Library experience.

Incidents File Library
Incidents now include a Documents tab that provides access to the shared File Library.
Users can upload files, create folders, and manage documents for the selected incident from one location. For new Actual and Exercise A simulated incident used to train personnel and evaluate emergency plans./Drill incidents, eICS automatically creates an incident folder under the related facility.
The folder name updates when the incident or facility name changes, while access continues to follow the user’s existing facility and domain permissions.
During the transition, users may see both the existing Files tab and the new Documents tab. This gives users time to move files from the existing Library to the new File Library.
