Deactivate a Resource

To deactivate a resource

1. In the main menu, click Setup then click Resources. The Resource List opens. 

2. In the list, locate the resource and, on that row, click the (resource) name. The View Resource: (name) page opens.

3. Click Edit. The Edit Resource: (name) page opens.

4. Clear the Active checkbox.

5. Click Save.
