Enhancements

• Bulk Upload: When using bulk upload to update status types with a CSV or Excel^® file, spaces before or after the text in column headers are ignored. This helps ensure your changes upload correctly.

• Status Updates: On the Update Status window, you can clear numeric statuses by entering a value of --. This marks the value as unknown and removes any existing comments.

  Currently, you cannot use the value of -- when updating statuses with bulk upload, the Automated Data Uploader, or an API.
