EMResource 4.32 Release Notes

Enhancements

• Dashboard Widgets: You can now add Calculated status types to the following dashboard widgets:

  • KPI (Numeric Status) Widget

  • Resource List (Numeric Status) Widget

  • Resource Summary (Numeric Status) Widget

• Status Types: The Status Types page now displays a Resources column indicating the number of resources associated with each status type. If your organization uses Dynamic Status Sharing, this page also displays a Dynamic Shares column indicating the number of collaborations associated with each status type. Administrators can review these columns to identify unneeded or misconfigured status types.

  

• Status Change Notifications: EMResource no longer sends status change notifications when a status is updated to the same value without changing the comment or status reasons. This helps reduce unwanted notifications.

Resolutions

• Roles: When editing the viewable status types for a role, resolved an issue where the Standard Status Type column displayed the description for the standard status type instead of its name.

• Status Types: When you clear a status type by entering a value of "--", resolved an issue where Calculated status types involving that status type did not automatically recalculate.
