KPI (Numeric Status) Widget

This dashboard widget displays a color-coded key performance indicator for the selected Number/Calculated status type and resource group/type. For example, the total emergency department wait time in the region. You can display this data as a box or bars:

Description

Resource Source

Defines the resource group or resource types to display data from.

Status Type Source

Defines the regional status types or standard status types to display data from. Regional status types are typically more familiar to your users than standard status types. You might prefer to use standard status types when displaying data from multiple regions.

Warning

A warning threshold that affects the color coding for this widget. When the calculated value is above this threshold but below the danger threshold, the widget is shaded in yellow.

Danger

A danger threshold that affects the color coding for this widget. When the calculated value is above this threshold, the widget is shaded in red.

Title

The name displayed on the widget.

Threshold Type

Determines how KPI widgets are displayed.

If you select Box, the widget displays the calculated value and color coding based on the warning and danger thresholds.

If you select Bar, the widget displays color-coded bars for the calculated value, warning threshold, and danger threshold.
