View Filters
The filters you can use are available to you from the Filters tab and include filters:

You created.

Your division owns. If you are a division administrator, you can edit these.

Administrators shared with you.
You can apply shared filters to gadgets
Groupings of data. There are 5 gadget types: Incidents - Region, Incidents - Division, Client List, Client Summary, Regional Client Summary. in your dashboard
Comprised of groupings of data, called gadgets., but you cannot edit them. The list includes the filter
Search criteria that allow you to pinpoint the clients and details you need.'s name and owner. You cannot edit shared filters. However, you can copy the filter to create a new one.

Click the Filters tab. The New Search option opens by default.
- In the left pane, click the Find Filters link to view all filters that are available to you. A window opens. For more information about the Find Filters window, refer to Find Filters.

Click the All tab.
Each filter is listed by name and the window also shows its owner. The owner is the individual or entity that created the filter and/or can edit it.
In addition, you can find sub-sets of filters in the other tabs, such as your filters and those owned by your division.

Click the filter you want to view. The window closes and the Filters tab shows the details for this filter.
This window displays up to three tabs:

My Filters: The filters you have created. Your name appears in the Owner column.

Division-level filters: If you are an administrator, you have access to division-level filters and these appear in a tab labeled with the division's name. Your division appears in the Owner column. Any administrator at this division can edit these filters.

All: Provides access to all filters that are available to you, including the ones you have created, those available to your division (if you are an administrator), and those that have been shared with you. You cannot edit the filters you do not own, but may be able to copy a shared filter to create a new one.
When you click a filter, this window closes and the filter's details appear in the right pane of the Filters tab.
