Download Patient Import Template

To help you with importing patient data, download the patient import template using the steps below.

To download the patient import template

  1. Navigate to the Import tab.

  2. Click Add New File. The Import Patients window opens.

  3. In the Import Patients window, click Download template file for uploading patients. The template is automatically downloaded according to your browser settings.
