EMTrack 6.12 Release Notes

New Feature
Personal Preferred Providers
On your profile, you can now select your preferred providers for both provider facilities and mobile providers.
When you open a menu that lists provider facilities or mobile providers, your preferred providers are displayed at the top of the menu. For example, when you add a Current Location search term on the Filters page, your preferred provider facilities are listed at the top of the Current Location menu.
Before this release, admins could already create preferred provider lists on the Preferred Providers page. These admin lists apply to everyone in the region or division. In contrast, your personal lists only affect you. For more information about personal lists and admin lists, see Preferred Providers. To select your personal preferred providers, see Edit Personal Preferred Providers.
Enhancement
Manage Roles: When you add or edit a user role, you can now enter text into the Location and Role fields to filter their dropdown menus. The menus will only display locations or roles in your region that contain the entered text. You can also autocomplete the entered text to the first matching location or role. This makes it easier to select a specific location or role when many locations or roles are available.
Help Updates
The header, footer, and side panel in the EMTrack Help Center have been redesigned. You can now click the feedback icon
on the upper right to send feedback about the Help Center.
