EMTrack 6.15.1 Release Notes

New Features

Bulk Upload PIN-Only Users

Authorized administrators can now create multiple PIN-only users at once by uploading a spreadsheet file (XLS, XLSX, or CSV). Previously, you could only bulk upload password users.

Bulk uploads of PIN-only users are very similar to bulk uploads of password users, except the uploaded file must contain a PIN column instead of a Login Email column. You must upload PIN-only users in a separate file from password users. For more information, see To create multiple user accounts on the Create Users page.

Enhancements

  • Transports: On the Transports tab, you can now click Details for archived or deleted patients to view more information about that patient. Previously, you could only view details for active patients.

Help Updates

  • URL Changes: By the end of September, almost all the pages in the EMTrack Help Center will be updated with new URLs. These updates will make URLs easier to read, improve search indexing, and reduce dead links. The landing page URL will not change, but your saved links and bookmarks to other EMTrack help pages will stop working. We apologize for any inconvenience.
