Relatives Form Field
The following notes describe changes to the Relatives form field, which is a configurable form field used to identify and describe a patient's relatives.

You can now search for relatives and edit relative details. These actions follow the same methods as searching for and editing patient records
Patient, client, or relative record containing information entered during intake.. -
Resolved an issue that prevented you from adding relatives to patient records. Specifically, data entered in the ID#, Location, and Phone Number fields did not save.

In the Add Relative window, resolved an issue that prevented relative details from loading.

In the mobile app, resolved an issue where the ID# field did not appear in forms.
