Edit Your Account Information

You can edit most of the information in your account profile. Administrators can also edit the information in your account profile.

Your profile includes tabs that contain information about your account. At the top of the page, you can see your image, name, contact information, and profile completion percentage.

If you see a red exclamation point next to areas in your profile, provide the missing information in those areas to complete your profile.

Depending on the configuration of your solution, certain tabs may not be available or may look different than what's described here.

To edit your account information

1. On any page, click the profile icon. For more information about how to find this icon, see Navigating the Solution.

2. In the menu, click your profile. Your profile page opens.

3. Perform any of these actions:

   Upload a profile image

   1. Under the image placeholder, click the camera icon . The Upload Image window opens.

   2. Click Upload. Your browser's Open window opens.

   3. Locate a file and click to select it.

   4. Click Open. The Upload Image window opens.

   5. Click Submit.

   Update your basic information

   1. Click the Basic Information tab.

   2. Click the edit icon .

   3. Update your information.

   4. Click Save.

   Consent to the solution's Terms of Service

   1. Click the Consent tab.

   2. Select the Agree With Application Terms checkbox.
   Update your personal information

   1. Click the Personal Information tab.

   2. Click the edit icon .

   3. Update your information.

   4. Click Save.

   Update your contact information

   1. Click the Contact Information tab.

   2. Click the edit icon .

   3. Update your information.

   4. Click Save.

   View your organization memberships

   Click the Membership tab. For more information, see Membership.

   Add an occupation

   1. Click the Skills tab.

   2. Click + Add Occupation.

   3. Select an Occupation Group.

   4. Select an Occupation.

   5. Click Save.

   Update an occupation

   1. Click the Skills tab.

   2. Locate the occupation you want to update.

   3. Click the edit icon .

   4. Update the information.

   5. Click Save.

   Delete an occupation

   1. Click the Skills tab.

   2. Locate the occupation you want to delete.

   3. Click the delete icon . A confirmation window opens.

   4. Click Delete.

   Update your willingness and availability for deployment

   1. Click the Skills tab.

   2. In the Willingness and Availability area, click the edit icon .

   3. Update the information.

   4. Click Save.

   Update your skills and certifications

   1. Click the Skills tab.

   2. In the Skills and Certifications area, click the edit icon .

   3. Select one or more Skills.

   4. Click Save.

   Add a language proficiency

   1. Click the Skills tab.

   2. In the Languages area, click + Add Language.

   3. Select a Language.

   4. Select your Spoken Ability. These are the options.

      • Basic

      • Conversational

      • Fluent

      • Medical Interpreter

      • Not Applicable

   5. Select your Written Ability. These are the options.

      • Basic

      • Expert

      • Intermediate

   6. Click Save.
