Change History
On the History tab in the Accounts, Groups, and Organizations sections, details about changes, including the name of people who made changes and what they changed, are listed, and you can filter this information or click a record to view its audit log.
Account Management
-
New Filter: If you have an administrator role, the new Show accounts I manage filter allows you to search for and view only the accounts you manage.
-
Insufficient Permissions Message: Now, when you attempt to view an account that you do not have permission to view, a message appears to inform you of the restriction.
Reporting ID
Reporting ID is an alphanumeric code that you specify for organizations in your solution to help people distinguish them.
Health Alerts Reports
-
User Experience: To better match the look and feel of the solution, the three Health Alerts reports now feature a redesigned user interface optimized for displaying key information.
-
Notifications Report: In response to client feedback, the Notifications report now includes a Sent By column that appears in both the report table and filter options.
-
Expanded Hierarchy: Reports now display up to six levels of an organization's hierarchy.
Enhancements
-
Partial Word Search: In the File Library, you can now search for files using partial words. For example, when looking for a file related to Hurricane Ian, you can enter “Hurricane” or just “Hurr” to see a list of all files that contain that string of letters in the file or owner name.
-
Bulk Action: As an administrator, when you add accounts to an organization in bulk, those accounts are immediately granted the Accepted status and default organization role.
-
Text Consent Filter: The text consent filter returns different results depending on your default setting for this feature. If your solution:
-
Allows you to override text consent, it only returns accounts with the consent status Canceled.
-
Does not allow you to override text consent, it returns accounts with the consent status Pending or Canceled.
-
-
Extended Notification Response: When selecting the time frame for response on a notification, you can allow recipients up to 168 hours or seven days to reply.
-
Disable Contact Us: Now, you can ask your Client Services Manager (CSM) to disable and hide the Contact Us option on the Login page and Homepage.
Resolutions
-
Dashboard Links: Resolved an issue where the Go to your managed organizations, Unread notifications, and Notifications require response links did not open.
-
Sender Information: Resolved an issue that omitted the Organization and System options from the sender information on sent notifications.
-
Test Notifications: Resolved an issue that prevented test notifications from being sent when Escalation was selected for the Delivery Order.
-
Account Region: Resolved an issue that prevented the Region from auto-populating when the County was selected on accounts.
