Configure Mobile App URL with Your Mobile Device Management Solution

Administrators can configure the system URL for the Unified Command Platform Android and iOS apps using a mobile device management (MDM) solution.

These instructions apply to Unified Command Platform mobile app version 3.3.6 and later for iOS, and version 3.3.2 and later for Android.

To configure the mobile app URL with your MDM solution

Upload the latest version of the Android or iOS Unified Command Platform mobile app to your MDM solution.
In your MDM solution, locate the Unified Command Platform mobile app in the list of managed applications.
In the app configuration settings, enter a new key named SystemUrl.
Set the value of the SystemUrl key to the URL that you want the Unified Command Platform mobile app to connect to.
