Header components are excluded from progress calculations, and the manager view hides instructions/body fields while the details view removes the edit option for the component body.

Table of Contents PDF Spacing: Improved PDF output by reducing excessive top/bottom margins on Table of Contents items, producing a cleaner layout and reducing the likelihood of the TOC spilling onto additional pages.

Improved PDF Page Breaks: Resolved issues causing unexpected page breaks in printed/PDF plans by updating page-break CSS behavior—allowing proper breaks within content while preventing breaks immediately after component titles and within table structures.
