Resolution

Fixed an issue where list view badge colors were not displaying correctly when a request status was Complete, Closed, or Canceled.

Resolution

Corrected a spelling error in the Improvement Plan > Filter/Search menu: “Correcitve” has been corrected to “Corrective.”

Enhancements

• ICS 214 Creation: Added the ability for users to generate ICS 214 forms from the Activity Log view.

  • Select an operational period to automatically pull the current user’s Activity Log entries into the ICS 214.

    This new ability applies to records created after importing the Event Reporting 1.3 Board.

  • Manually enter resources and activities if needed.

  • Add a signature to the form by drawing directly on the view, typing, or uploading an image.

• The Description field can now be made optional on record update through the Settings view. The field will always be required on record creation.

• A user’s "real name" will be shown in the description history timestamps. If a real name is not available, the username will be show in its place.

• Added the ability to post records directly to Significant Events from the Controller Review Display view using the more menu dropdown.

• Added the ability to remove records from Significant Events from the Controller Review Display view using the more menu dropdown.

• Adjusted filter pill text color to match other standard boards.

Resolution

Resolved an issue that prevented a calendar picker from appearing when the user attempted to filter the Significant Events dashboard by a date range.

Enhancements:

• Added functionality for assigning Improvement Plan items to an Assigned Position.

• A filter has been added to the Improvement Plan tabs for assigned positions to view their assigned Improvement Items, improving visibility and helping team members track overdue tasks more efficiently.

Resolved an issue where disabled checkboxes did not display correctly in dark mode.

Attachment fields have been added to the Corrective Action section of the board, enabling users to upload supporting documents for corrective actions.
