Navigate the WebEOC Nexus Admin Help Center

The Admin Help Center contains the following sections:

  • Get Started: Pages describing navigation and an overview of the Admin View.

  • Accounts: Pages about creating and maintaining user accounts and settings (including usernames, passwords, permissions, and email addresses), and running user reports. Also, pages that describe positions, groups, sessions, and organizations.

  • Incidents: Pages related to incident management, such as creating, reporting on, and archiving incidents, and use of the Simulator to create and run scenarios in WebEOC Nexus for training, drills, and exercises. Also, sections on master views and reporter.

  • Workflows: Pages about creating and managing boards; creating input, display, and master views; creating board reports; using data linking; and customizing boards with a built-in HTML editor. It also covers BoardScript, a JavaScript object available to WebEOC Nexus boards that allows you to use basic CRUD operations (create, remove, update, delete) for status board data.

  • Mapping: Pages related to standard map functionality, the Maps add-on, and the standalone solution MapTac, which uses static map images to publish an image file of a map, dispersion model, digital photo, or other item from a map, GIS, or digital camera.

  • Integrations: List of available plug-ins and add-ons that allow you to further customize WebEOC Nexus.

  • Notifications: Pages about the notification queue, creating scheduled notifidations, contact management, specifically related to administrator functions such as creating notification groups and organizations, and configuring board notifications, emails, and webhooks.

  • Homepage Builder: Pages that describe how to create and manage user homepages.

  • System Settings: Pages that describe agency information, such as branding and system messages, admin profiles, the audit log, security settings, self-service options, and other system-wide tasks.

  • Boards List and Downloads: List of available boards, links to download them, and links to configuration pages and other information.

  • Juvare Exchange (JX): Pages detailing a secure networking, chat, and file-sharing solution that allows EMResource, EMTrack, or WebEOC Nexus clients to connect with other members of the Juvare Community.

  • Juvare Analyze: Pages that describe a tool that allows you to view dashboards and, with the proper permissions, create and manage sources, visuals, and dashboards and share them.

  • Release Notes: Information about new features, enhancements, and resolutions associated with specific releases.

  • REST API: Pages for software developers who want to use the REST interface to exchange data with WebEOC Nexus.

  • Troubleshooting: How to resolve issues that may occur with WebEOC Nexus.

  • Juvare Support: Juvare Support Center contact information and a link to enter a support ticket.
