WebEOC Nexus Help Center Homepage

When you first access the Help Center, the homepage opens, which contains links to the following informational content. After navigating away from the homepage, you can click the product name on the upper left at any time to return to it.

The Admin Help Center homepage includes:

  • Get Started: Access to product documentation

  • Release Notes: Information about new features, enhancements, and resolutions associated with each release

  • Juvare Support: Juvare Support Center contact information and a link to enter a support ticket

  • User Help Center: Help Center for WebEOC Nexus non-admin users

  • Boards List: List of available boards, including links to download them and other information

  • Plug-ins: List of available plug-ins that allow you to further customize WebEOC Nexus

  • DesignStudio: Help Center for Juvare’s board-building solution

  • Training Center: Link to Juvare’s training site (requires Training Center login credentials, which are different from your WebEOC Nexus login credentials)

  • Ideas Portal: Link to a feedback portal for comments and suggestions on WebEOC Nexus (use yourWebEOC Nexus login credentials)
