Enable Juvare Exchange (JX)

After obtaining the URL and API token from Juvare, you can enable Juvare Exchange (JX) for your instance of WebEOC Nexus. After that, you can map the data you want to share, create the JX user groups and JX networks that determine who has access to JX, and start sharing.

To enable JX

  1. Access the Admin View.

  2. In the main menu, click the system settings icon system settings icon. The System Settings page opens.

  3. Click the Juvare Exchange tab. The Juvare Exchange page opens.

  4. For URL, enter the URL obtained from Juvare.

  5. For API Token, enter the token number obtained from Juvare.

The API token you receive from Juvare can only be used once, in one instance of WebEOC Nexus. You cannot use the same token for both your demo and production environments. If you want to connect your demo and production environments to JX, you must obtain and use two distinct API tokens.

  1. Select the Enable checkbox.

  2. Click Save.

    • On the Juvare Exchange page, in the Actions menu, the Manage Jurisdictions option is visible, but not yet available. It is coming soon.

    • After enabling JX, you can make sure you are connected by clicking Test Connection. If you have any issues or questions regarding your connection, contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) or call Juvare Support, +1 (877) 771-0911. You can also email support@juvare.com.
