Manage Sent Notifications

You can view all notifications sent from WebEOC Nexus and their details in the Notifications Queue. The queue offers a comprehensive view of notifications, including Configured Notifications and the Notifications Scheduler, notifications triggered by the <notificationlink> tag, and ad hoc messages sent through the Messages add-on.

To improve the handling of undeliverable emails, your solution collects the email addresses of recipients who mark notifications as spam, report abuse, or have invalid addresses. These addresses are blocked from receiving notifications and are marked as spam, unsubscribed, or invalid.

To manage sent notifications

  1. Access the Admin View.

  2. In the main menu, click the notifications icon notifications icon. The Notifications page opens.

  3. Click the Queue tab.
  4. To view sent notifications details, in the list, click the name of the notification. The Notifications Queue: View Details page opens.

  5. To resend failed or partially failed notifications, locate the notification and on that row, in the Action column, click Resend.
