Configure Juvare SaaS in WebEOC Nexus

For information about the communication between WebEOC Nexus and Juvare SaaS, see WebEOC Nexus andJuvare SaaS Communication Overview.

Before you begin this procedure, contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) to obtain the following information for Juvare cloud services:

  • The Juvare Services URL

  • The Client Name as it configured for your solution

  • The Juvare cloud services Key

To configure Juvare services

  1. Access the Admin View.

  2. In the main menu, click the system settings icon system settings icon. The System Settings page opens.

  3. Click the Services tab.

  4. On the Services page, under Settings, enter the URL, Client Name, and Key that was provided to you.

    • To modify the information, click Edit.

    • For security, when you edit the Key, the field does not display the key that was previously entered.

  5. Click Test Connection to verify the connection.

    • A green banner above the Settings area displays Connection tested successfully after the information you entered is verified.

    • After a slight delay, the bottom portion of the page displays the connections for all the services, file storage, and paid features that are configured for your solution.

  6. Select the checkboxes to enable the Juvare Exchange (JX) Service, Cloud Services, and Alert Service.

    • A selected checkbox indicates that the service is available for use by all your users.

    • A cleared checkbox indicates that the service is disabled for all your users. You can enable/disable the services without losing the configuration.

    • A dimmed checkbox indicates that the service is enabled by Juvare and you cannot disable it.

  7. Click Save.
