WebEOC Nexus Session Timeout
By default, users are logged out of a WebEOC Nexus session after 20 minutes of inactivity. You can change this by setting the Inactivity Logout setting to Disabled on each user’s account. The session timeout will no longer occur for this user.
See Plan and Create a User Account for details.
When working in WebEOC Nexus in a web browser from a desktop, you can only be logged in to one session at a time. If you open another browser tab and attempt to log in again, you will receive a message confirming that the existing user session should end. If you confirm this message, the existing user session closes, and a new user session begins in the current browser tab.
In the WebEOC mobile app, by default, users are logged out after three days of inactivity. If a user works in the WebEOC mobile app every day, their session timeout will be reset each day and their session will not expire.
When using the WebEOC mobile app, you can be logged in on multiple sessions at the same time.
