You can ask questions in plain language, just like you would with a person, and JAI will respond with clear, accurate answers pulled directly from board data. It helps you save time by summarizing large amounts of information into concise, easy-to-understand insights, so you can focus on making decisions instead of digging through data. JAI also includes a writing assistance tool within rich text editors, allowing you to refine and improve your content as you work.

Whether you are searching for specific data points, identifying trends, or following up on previous questions, JAI makes it simple to interact with complex information. You can refine your questions, ask follow-ups, and explore summaries to gain a better understanding of the information.

Your organization controls access to JAI, the available topics, and quick prompts. If you do not see the JAI button, a topic, or quick prompts, contact your WebEOC administrator.

What JAI Can and Can’t Answer

JAI answers questions using only the data you have access to in WebEOC.

• JAI searches and summarizes information from boards you have permission to view.

• JAI does not use data from boards you cannot open. If a board is restricted for you, JAI does not include it in an answer.

• Two users who ask the same question may receive different answers if their permissions differ.
