Leave an Organization
If you no longer want to be part of an organization
Official entities, such as public health authorities, healthcare agencies, and corporations., you can leave it through the Organizations page or the Membership tab of your account Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution. profile A collection of information that identifies and defines you in the solution. Your profile differs from your account, which is how you log in.. After you leave, your organization status changes to Withdrawn.
To leave an organization from the Organizations page

On the main menu, select Organizations. The Organizations page opens.

Locate the organization and click that row. The organization details open on the right.

Click Leave. A confirmation window opens.

Click Confirm.
To leave an organization from your account profile

Click the profile icon and click your name. Your profile page opens.

Click the Membership tab.

Select the checkbox for each organization you want to leave.

Click Remove Organizations.

Click Save.
