Permissions
CORES HAN permissions are based on roles to define who has access to which functionality, and what they can do with those features. This section breaks down the different components that make up user permissions. There are two terms you should know regarding permissions:
System roles are the permissions assigned to accounts
Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution.. These are the foundation permissions for anyone using CORES HAN. Your system role determines what you can view, modify, and manage, as well as defines your access to certain pages and elements in the solution.
Organization Official entities, such as public health authorities, healthcare agencies, and corporations. roles are the permissions that define your access to organization information, including members, groups Comprised of accounts with certain shared characteristics, such as role or location, but not necesarily employer., and files, and how you interact with that information. When accepted into an organization, you are assigned a role regardless of your system role.
For example, a user is assigned the Publisher A user who creates and sends notifications. role in one organization and the Organization Admin role in another organization. This means the user can send notifications An alert, update, advisory, information, drill, or test message that can be sent & received through delivery methods such as email, voice, text, fax, or inbox. in both organizations. However, the user can only manage accounts, groups, and settings in the organization where they are an Organization Admin.
Access within CORES HAN also depends on your organization memberships and file and folder access. In this way, your organization role, in conjunction with your organization membership, file and folder access, and system role, determine your solution permissions.
