Edit Account Information
You can edit most of the information in your account profile. Client Admins can also update the information in your account profile. For more information, see the Profile page.
Volunteers may occasionally need to return to their Account profile page to update information that may expire, for example, driver's license number or occupation credentials.
Depending on the configuration of your solution, certain tabs may not be available or may look different than what's described here.
To edit your account information

On any page, click the profile icon.

In the menu, click your profile. Your profile page opens.

Perform any of these actions:
Update your profile image

Click the camera icon
under the profile image placeholder. The Upload Image window opens.

Click Upload. Your browser's Open window opens.

Locate a file a click to select it.
-
Click Open. The Upload Image window opens.
-
Click Submit.
Update your personal information
-
Click the Personal Info tab.
-
Click the Edit icon
.
-
Update your information.
-
Click Save.
Update your occupations
-
Click the Occupations tab.
-
Either:
-
Click + Add Occupation to add a new occupation. The Occupations window opens.

Click
to edit an existing occupation.
-
Click
to delete an existing occupation.
-
If adding an occupation:
-
Select an Occupation Group.
-
Select your Occupation.
-
If necessary, select your Current Professional Status.
-
Click Save.
Update your availability for deployment or responder activities
-
Click the Deployments tab.
-
Click the Edit icon
.
-
Update your information.
-
Click Save.
Add a commitment that prevents you from responding to events
-
Click the Deployments tab.
-
Click + Add Commitment.
-
For Deployment Event, enter a name for the prior commitment.
-
For Initial Deployment Date, enter the date you're deployment for the prior commitment.
-
For Days of Deployment, enter the number of days you are unavailable due to your prior commitment.

For Description of Experience During Deployment, enter an explanation of what your prior commitment entails.

Click Save.
Add emergency contacts
-
Click the Deployments tab.
-
Click + Add Emergency Contact.
-
For Name, enter the name of your emergency contact.
-
For Relationship, select the relationship you have with them.
-
For Phone Number, enter their phone number in 10-digit format.
-
Select the checkbox for one of these options.

Voice
-
Text
-
Fax
-
-
Click Save.
Add a training course
-
Click the Qualifications tab.
-
Click + Add Training Course.
-
Select a Training Course.
-
For Institution, enter the name of the course provider.
-
Enter the Training Course Date in mm/dd/yyyy format.
-
Do one of these actions.
-
Enter the Expiration Date for the training course in mm/dd/yyyy format.
-
Select the Check this box if your training course has no expiration date checkbox.

Click Upload to attach your course completion certificate.
-
Click Save.
Sync TRAIN training courses
-
Click the Personal Info tab.
-
Click theEdit icon
for the Personal Information section.
-
Enter your TRAIN username associated with your training.
-
Click Save.
-
Click Qualificationsto check if your completed training has been correctly populated under TRAIN Completed Training Courses.
There could be a delay of up to 24 hours before the training populates in the Qualifications tab.
If a username is deleted from the TRAIN Username field, the synced qualifications are not removed from the Qualifications tab unless a new username is entered.
Edit your skills and certifications

Click the Qualifications tab.

Click the Edit icon

For Healthcare Skills and Certifications, select the checkbox for each skill and certification you have.

For Other Relevant Skills and Certifications, select the checkbox for each skill and certification you have.

Click Save.
Add a language proficiency
-
Click the Qualifications tab.
-
Click + Add Language. The Languages window opens.
-
Select a Language.
-
Select your Spoken Ability with that language. These are the options.

Basic
-
Conversational
-
Fluent
-
Medical Interpreter
-
Not Applicable
-
-
Select your Written Ability with that language. These are the options.

Basic

Expert
-
Intermediate

Click Save.
Update your medical history
-
Click the Medical History tab.
-
Click the Edit icon
for each section you want to update.

Click the Yes or No radial buttons for each appropriate question.

If prompted, enter any additional information in the box provided.
-
Click Save.
Some sections request dates and test results rather than Yes or No answers.
View background check information
-
Click the Background Check tab.
- View the type of background check that's been performed, what date it was last performed on, and the current status.
Update background check information
In the instance of incorrect or missing fields:

Click the Background Check tab.
-
Click the Background Check Data tab.
-
Update your information.
-
Click Save.
Request organization membership
-
Click the Organizations tab.
-
Click + Add Organizations. The Select Organizations page opens.
-
Search from available organizations, and expand drop-down options to view child organizations.
-
Click Select for each organization you want to join in the list.
-
On the lower right, click the Select button.
-
Click Save.
Leave organizations
-
Click the Organizations tab.
-
Click the organization you want to leave then click the Remove Organizations button.

Click Save.
Manage consents
-
Click the Consent tab.
-
Select the checkboxes next to:

Consent to background check
-
Consent to terms of service
-
Correct Information Pledge
-
View your badges
-
Click the Badges tab.
-
Select any of the badges in the list to view the badge information in the slideout panel.

Click Preview for the badge entry or on the badge information slideout to preview how the badge appears.

In addition to the account actions above, the following actions can only be performed for other accounts by admins.

Click the Occupations tab.
-
Click Verify Credentials for the appropriate occupation. The Verify Credentials window opens.

Click OK.
-
Click the Background Check tab.
- On the Background Check Results tab, click Filter and select the checkbox for each option you want to use to filter the results.

Click the Background Check tab.

Click the Request Background Check button.

If your solution is configured for manual background checks, specify the background check status.

Click Save.

Click the Background Check tab.
-
Click the Request Background Check button.

Select a Background Check Status from the menu.

Click Contact Volunteer.
-
Click the Groups tab.
-
Click the + Add Group button.
-
Search for and select a group from the list.
-
Click Select.
-
Click the Badges tab.
-
Select any of the badges in the list to view the badge information in the slideout panel.

Click Revoke for the badge entry or on the badge information slideout to revoke the badge from this account.

Give a reason for why the badge is being revoked and list details of necessary.

Click the History tab.
-
Search for or filter for the update types available from the list.
You can filter account changes in the History tab by selecting an Audit Tag to filter on which tab the change occurred.
