Edit Account Information

You can edit most of the information in your account Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution. profile A collection of information that identifies and defines you in the solution. Your profile differs from your account, which is how you log in.. Client Admins can also update the information in your account profile. For more information, see the Profile page.

Volunteers A user who can participate in missions, request shifts, and record volunteer hours. may occasionally need to return to their Account profile page to update information that may expire, for example, driver's license number or occupation credentials.

Depending on the configuration of your solution, certain tabs may not be available or may look different than what's described here.

To edit your account information

On any page, click the profile icon.
In the menu, click your profile. Your profile page opens.
Perform any of these actions:
Update your profile image
1. Click the camera icon under the profile image placeholder. The Upload Image window opens.
2. Click Upload. Your browser's Open window opens.
3. Locate a file a click to select it.
4. Click Open. The Upload Image window opens.
5. Click Submit.
Update your personal information
1. Click the Personal Info tab.
2. Click the Edit icon for any of the sections in the Personal Info tab.
3. Update your information.
4. Click Save.
If adding an address, you can specify if the address is a domestic, international, or military address. You can also list alternate addresses if you want to give a domestic address and an international or military address.
Update your occupations
1. Click the Occupations tab.
2. Either:
  - Click + Add Occupation to add a new occupation. The Occupations window opens.
  - Click to edit an existing occupation.
    
    When you change an account's occupation, the application retains credentials that are applicable to the new occupation. Credentials that are no longer associated with the selected occupation are removed.
  - Click to delete an existing occupation.
If adding an occupation:
1. Select an Occupation Group.
2. Select your Occupation.
3. If necessary, select your Current Professional Status.
4. Click Save.
Update your availability for deployment or responder activities
1. Click the Deployments tab.
2. Click the Edit icon .
3. Update your information.
4. Click Save.
Add a commitment that prevents you from responding to events
1. Click the Deployments tab.
2. Click + Add Commitment.
3. For Deployment Event, enter a name for the prior commitment.
4. For Initial Deployment Date, enter the date you're deployment for the prior commitment.
5. For Days of Deployment, enter the number of days you are unavailable due to your prior commitment.
6. For Description of Experience During Deployment, enter an explanation of what your prior commitment entails.
7. Click Save.
Add emergency contacts
1. Click the Deployments tab.
2. Click + Add Emergency Contact.
3. For Name, enter the name of your emergency contact.
4. For Relationship, select the relationship you have with them.
5. For Phone Number, enter their phone number in 10-digit format.
6. Select the checkbox for one of these options.
  - Voice
  - Text
  - Fax
7. Click Save.
Add a training course
1. Click the Qualifications tab.
2. Click + Add Training Course.
3. Select a Training Course.
4. For Institution, enter the name of the course provider.
5. Enter the Training Course Date in mm/dd/yyyy format.
6. Do one of these actions.
  - Enter the Expiration Date for the training course in mm/dd/yyyy format.
  - Select the Check this box if your training course has no expiration date checkbox.
7. Click Upload to attach your course completion certificate.
8. Click Save.
Sync TRAIN training courses
1. Click the Personal Info tab.
2. Click theEdit icon for the Personal Information section.
3. Enter your TRAIN username associated with your training.
4. Click Save.
5. Click Qualificationsto check if your completed training has been correctly populated under TRAIN Completed Training Courses.
There could be a delay of up to 24 hours before the training populates in the Qualifications tab.

If a username is deleted from the TRAIN Username field, the synced qualifications are not removed from the Qualifications tab unless a new username is entered.
Edit your skills and certifications
1. Click the Qualifications tab.
2. Click the Edit icon .
3. For Healthcare Skills and Certifications, select the checkbox for each skill and certification you have.
4. For Other Relevant Skills and Certifications, select the checkbox for each skill and certification you have.
5. Click Save.
Add a language proficiency
1. Click the Qualifications tab.
2. Click + Add Language. The Languages window opens.
3. Select a Language.
4. Select your Spoken Ability with that language. These are the options.
  - Basic
  - Conversational
  - Fluent
  - Medical Interpreter
  - Not Applicable
5. Select your Written Ability with that language. These are the options.
  - Basic
  - Expert
  - Intermediate
6. Click Save.
Update your medical history
1. Click the Medical History tab.
2. Click the Edit icon for each section you want to update.
3. Click the Yes or No radial buttons for each appropriate question.
4. If prompted, enter any additional information in the box provided.
5. Click Save.
Some sections request dates and test results rather than Yes or No answers.
View background check information
1. Click the Background Check tab.
2. View the type of background check that's been performed, what date it was last performed on, and the current status.
Update background check information
In the instance of incorrect or missing fields:
1. Click the Background Check tab.
2. Click the Background Check Data tab.
3. Update your information.
4. Click Save.
Request organization membership
1. Click the Organizations tab.
2. Click + Add Organizations. The Select Organizations page opens.
3. Search from available organizations, and expand drop-down options to view child organizations.
4. Click Select for each organization you want to join in the list.
5. On the lower right, click the Select button.
6. Click Save.
Leave organizations
1. Click the Organizations tab.
2. Click the organization you want to leave then click the Remove Organizations button.
3. Click Save.
Set organization as primary
1. Click the Organizations tab.
2. Click Edit for the organization you want to make primary.
3. Enable the Set as Primary Organization toggle.
4. Click Save.
The organization will display a Primary label in the organization list.

You can only have one primary organization at a time. If you want to change which organization is primary, edit the primary organization and toggle the primary setting before enabling the organization you want to be your new primary.

If you are an Organization Admin, you may only edit the status of a member's organization if you have admin rights for that specific organization. Otherwise, you will have read-only permissions.
Manage consents
1. Click the Consent tab.
2. Select the checkboxes next to:
  - Consent to background check
  - Consent to terms of service
  - Correct Information Pledge
View your badges
1. Click the Badges tab.
2. Select any of the badges in the list to view the badge information in the slideout panel.
3. Click Preview for the badge entry or on the badge information slideout to preview how the badge appears.
Create a badge
1. Click the Badges tab.
2. Click Create Badge. The Create Badge for 1 Account dialog opens.
3. Select one of the following options:
  1. Create New Badge to create a new badge for the selected account.
  2. Add to Existing Badge to assign the account to an existing badge.
4. Click Continue.
5. Complete the required badge information.

6. Click Create.

In addition to the account actions above, the following actions can only be performed for other accounts by admins.

View background check information

Click the Background Check tab.
On the Background Check Results tab, click Filter and select the checkbox for each option you want to use to filter the results.

View the profile history of the account

Click the History tab.
Search for or filter the history entries, as needed.
Click the history entry that you want to view. The History Details dialog opens.
Review the history details.
Click OK.

Depending on the account activity, the History Details dialog displays additional information, such as the associated organization name for organization membership activities and the associated occupation for credential verification activities.
