Convert Resident Self-Reports into Assessments
As a result of Resident Self-Reports being submitted from outside of the system through a URL link, the reports will appear in the "Entries Without a Task" folder in the Tasks module on the desktop console.
The reports must first be assigned to a task and team on the desktop console in order to allow mobile app users access to these reports for follow-up.
Once the Resident Self-Reports have been moved to a task that is assigned to a team, mobile app users can view the Resident Self-Reports. Mobile app users can also convert them to follow-up Residential Damage assessments in two ways:
Mobile app users can convert the Resident Self-Report using the Copy feature to transfer the information to a Residential Damage form. Any information from the Resident Self-Report will populate into the Residential Damage form. Any assessment information conducted at follow-up can be added to that same Residential Damage form.
This will allow you to keep a record of the initial Resident Self-Report, in addition to transferring all of the info into the Residential Damage form.
