View the Survivor Portal URL

After the Survivor Portal website is set up, administrators can view the URL by opening the Administrative Functions homepage and then opening the Settings module. The URL is displayed in the Survivor Portal URL field. After you enable the Survivor Portal for an incident, you can also view the URL in the Info module for that incident.

You can copy the Survivor Portal URL and share it on your local government websites and social media profiles. If you want to change the URL, you must submit a request through your Client Success Manager (CSM).
