Access Survivor Portal Data
When survivors enter information in the Survivor Portal website, the data is imported into Crisis Track as entries for the selected incident. Entries with the Survivor Registration form type contain data from the Survivor Info and Personal & Household Needs areas of the website. Entries with the Survivor Property Impact form type contain data from the Property Impacts area of the website. If a survivor submits data about multiple properties, each property is displayed as a separate Survivor Property Impacts entry. These form types are added to your account when you acquire the add-on.
To view imported data, open the incident, then open the Entries module. Follow the steps in Filter Entries to filter for entries with the Survivor Registration and Survivor Property Impact form types. Data from entries with the Survivor Property Impact form type is also mapped in the Operations View module.
