Manage Structures

After creating structures, you now have the ability to:

  • View and edit structure details.

  • Delete a structure.

Normally, Juvare updates your structures annually for you, including deleting any structures that no longer exist. You should not need to edit or delete structures manually unless you find that any structures are included erroneously or need to be updated between structure update cycles.

To view structure details

From the Structures module Table view, you can see a table of the structures that currently exist.

Structures module, showing the list of structures in the Table tab view.

Clicking the Map tab will show the structures on a map.

By default, if there are many structures close together on the map, they are grouped as cluster pins. The number on the pin indicates how many structures it contains. If a pin contains less than 5,000 structures by default, you can click it to expand the cluster and display each structure. You can also zoom in to a smaller area with fewer structures to view the individual structures in that area.

In the Settings module, administrators can enable or disable clustering, set the maximum number of data points in a cluster, and set the maximum number of data points for click-to-expand functionality.

For more information about the map tools, see Using the Operations View Map.

Some features in the Operations View map are not available in this map.
