Manage Users
After adding users , you now have the ability to:

Edit user details.

Reset a user's password.
For more information about resetting a user's password, see Reset a User Password.

Mark user passwords as expired.
-
Lock or unlock a user.

Delete a user.
To edit a user

In the Users module, locate a user to edit, then click Edit.

Edit the information shown in the Edit User window, as needed.
Usernames cannot be edited. If a user needs a different username, delete the user and add a new user with a different username.

Click Save.
To mark user passwords as expired
When you mark a password as expired, it forces the user to update their password the next time they attempt to log in.

In the Users module, select all the users you want to mark as having expired passwords, then click Mark Passwords Expired on the action bar. A confirmation window appears.

Click OK.
To lock or unlock a user
Locking a user prevents them from being deleted or modified. This is especially helpful if you are making edits to users with similar names and want to prevent any accidental changes.

In the Users module, click either Locked or Unlocked for the user you want to edit. A confirmation window appears.

Confirm if you want to lock or unlock the user.
To delete a user

In the Users module, click Delete for the user you want to delete. The Delete User window appears.

Confirm if you want to delete the user.
