Reset a User Password
Only individuals with Admin or Admin (No Payroll) role permissions can reset other users' passwords via the Users module in the Administrative Functions dashboard. If you would like to reset your own password, see Reset My Password.
To reset another individual's password

In the Users module, use the search box to search by either First or Last Name to locate the user requiring a password reset.

Click the Reset button in the Password column.

Enter and confirm a new password.

Provide the user with the password.

You can let the user know that once they log in, they can change to a password of their choice via the desktop console or mobile app:

To change their password via the desktop, users should log in, click on their name near the top right corner of the screen, and then click Change Password.

To change their password via the mobile app, users should log in, click on Settings on the incident home screen, and then click Change Password.
