Reset My Password
Anyone with Crisis Track login credentials can reset their own passwords using the Forgot Password link on either the desktop console or mobile applications. If you are an Admin or Admin (No Payroll) and would like to reset another user's password, see Reset a User Password.
To reset your own password

Go to the Crisis Track Console login screen or open the Crisis Track app on your mobile device

Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen

Your Crisis Track username and password reset token will be sent to you via the email address associated with your Crisis Track account. Retrieve the password reset token from the automated email.

Navigate back to the Crisis Track console or mobile app login screen, and enter your username and password reset token.
Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.

Follow the prompts to update your password.
