Assign a Preconfigured Team to an Incident

In the Teams module, you can assign preconfigured teams to an incident. Preconfigured teams can be created through the Preconfigured Teams module.

1. On the incident home page, select the Teams module.

2. Click Add near the top left of the screen, then select Preconfigured Teams from the menu.

3. Select any of the preconfigured teams by selecting the checkbox next to the team name or clicking Select All.

4. On the upper left, click Add. The selected preconfigured teams are added to the incident.
