Assign a Preconfigured Team to an Incident

In the Teams module, you can assign preconfigured teams A reusable team containing employees and equipment that can be quickly added to an incident and assigned tasks. to an incident Crisis Track allows you to track damage for several events through the Incidents feature. You can create a new incident, edit incidents, and deactivate or delete old incidents. Each incident keeps the data separate. Information such as equipment, employees, and structures are listed across all incidents.. Preconfigured teams can be created through the Preconfigured Teams module.

1. On the incident home page, select the Teams module.

2. Click Add near the top left of the screen, then select Preconfigured Teams from the menu.

3. Select any of the preconfigured teams by selecting the checkbox next to the team name or clicking Select All.

4. On the upper left, click Add. The selected preconfigured teams are added to the incident.
