Filter Board or Form Information

The Gallery contains several filter tools to help you quickly find the board or form that you need. See Gallery.

Forms are available in DesignStudio Pro. Contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) for additional information.

To use the filter tools

  1. Access the Board or Form Gallery.

  2. Enter the search text that corresponds to the filter, if applicable. The following filters are available.

    Tool Description

    My Boards Only/My Forms Only

    Only view boards or forms that you created.

    • Off: Displays all boards or forms, regardless of their status (for example, draft, active, or published).

    • On: Only displays the boards that you have created.

    On the left of the switch, the current switch mode is displayed, followed by the number of boards that are visible in that mode.

    Search Text

    Filter the boards to match the criteria. This text works with the Gallery search type.

    Filter the boards/forms.

    • By Board Name/By Form Name: All boards or forms that have the name you enter in the Search Text field are displayed.

    • By Owner: Boards or forms that have the owner you enter in the Search Text field are displayed.

    • By Tags: Boards with the tags you enter in the Search Text field are displayed.
    Status

    For boards, these status filters are available:

    • All

    • Active

    • Inactive

    • Draft

    For Forms, available status filters are:

    • Published

    • Unpublished

    Gallery sort order

    Sort Order is applied to the List Layout format only.

    Sort the boards or forms by:

    • Board Name/Form Name A to Z: Sorts the boards or forms alphabetically in ascending order.

    • Board Name/Form Name Z to A: Sorts the boards or forms alphabetically in descending order.

    • Owner A to Z: Sorts the boards or forms alphabetically, in ascending order, according to the name of the board's creator.

    • Owner Z to A: Sorts the boards or forms alphabetically, in descending order, according to the name of the board's creator.

    • Last Modified: Sorts the boards or forms according to the date when they were last modified.

    • Status A to Z: Sorts the boards or forms alphabetically, in ascending order, according to the board or form status (for example, Active, Draft, Published).

    • Status Z to A: Sorts the boards or forms alphabetically, in descending order, according to the board or form status (for example, Published, Draft, Active).
