eICS 5.3.5 Release Notes
These notes describe updates in the eICS 5.3.5 release scheduled for Wednesday, December 11, 2024. More information is available through the help in your solution or by contacting the Juvare Support Center at +1 (877) 771-0911 or support@juvare.com.
Enhancement
Text Notifications: As part of a recent update to the Notify service, the language in the initial consent message for text notifications was revised. Text in eICS about the consent message has been updated to reflect this change. For more information, see Feature Updates.
Opt-In Features
Clients can opt in to enable new features for managing contacts, sharing files, and sending notifications. If you have not opted in, these features are not enabled and do not affect you yet. You may request to opt in at any time as we continue to update these features. For more information, see Opt-In Features.
Updates to these opt-in features include:
Account Management
-
New Filter: If you have an administrator role, the new Show accounts I manage filter lets you search for and view the accounts you manage.
-
Insufficient Permissions Message: When you attempt to view an account that you do not have permission to view, a message now appears to inform you of the restriction.
Change History
The History tab in the Accounts, Groups, and Organizations sections now displays the names of people who made changes and lists the changes made by each person. You can filter this information or click a record to view the associated audit log.
Reporting ID
Reporting ID is an alphanumeric code that you can now assign to organizations to help people distinguish between them.
Enhancements
-
Bulk Action: As an administrator, when you add accounts to an organization in bulk, they are now automatically assigned the Accepted status and default organization role.
-
Text Consent Filter: The updated text consent filter returns different results depending on your setting for this feature. If your solution:
-
Allows you to override text consent, it only returns accounts with the consent status of Canceled.
-
Does not allow you to override text consent, it returns accounts with the consent status of Pending or Canceled.
-
-
Contacts: If your organization uses the opt-in features, the Upload Contacts button is no longer displayed on the Contacts page because you cannot directly upload contacts. For more information about using contacts with the opt-in features, see Accounts.
