Register for an Account

You can register to create your own account using the login page. After creating an account, you can log in to check the status of your account or make updates to your account information.

Depending on how your organization configures your self-registration page, these steps may not match what you see in the solution. If you have questions about your organization's self-registration page, reach out to your Client Admin.

To register an account

  1. On the login page, click Register. The Basic Information page opens.

  2. Enter this information:

  3. Click Next. The Consent page opens.

  4. Select the Agree With Application Terms checkbox.

  5. Click Next. The Personal Information page opens.

  6. Enter this information:

    Address Line 1

    Your employer's or office's street address

    City

    The city in which your employer or office resides

    Zip Code The zip code in which your employer or office is located.

    State

    The state in which your employer or office resides

    County

    The county in which your employer or office resides

    Job Title

    Your title or role at work

    Primary Employer

    The name of your primary place of employment

  7. Enter a four-digit PIN using only numbers in the Secure PIN box.

  8. Enter the same PIN again in the Confirm Secure PIN box.

  9. Click Next. The Contact Information page opens.

  10. Click + Add Email, + Add Phone Number, + Add Pager Number, or + Add Emergency Contact and, in the corresponding box, enter the requested information.

  11. Click Next. The Membership page opens.

  12. Click + Add Organizations. The Select Organizations page opens.

  13. Search for the organization you want to join or select from the list shown. Click v to display child organizations.

  14. Click Select for each organization you want to join.

  15. In the lower right, click Select, then click Next.

  16. Select the I'm not a robot reCAPTCHA checkbox.
  17. Click Submit. You will receive an email with instructions to complete the registration.
