Enhancements

Accessibility Improvements (ADA Review)

The existing accessibility capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing updates to support ADA Title II requirements and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Updates have been made to improve navigation, usability with assistive technologies, and overall accessibility across the application. These improvements provide a more consistent and accessible user experience.

Audit Tracking Capabilities

The existing audit capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing a new Audit feature and associated permission.

Client and System Administrators can now view audit logs to track user activity within the system. Audit logs include visibility into actions such as viewing medical history in account records.

Account Filter Improvements

The existing account filtering capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing additional search criteria and enhanced filtering options.

You can now search for users by Date of Birth. Background check and training filters have been improved to provide more accurate results. You can also identify users who have never logged in.

Resolutions

  • Resolved an issue where SYNC TEXT CONSENT was visible to all users by restricting access to Juvare System Admins only.
