Resolution:

Sign In/Out 1.2.1, Sign In/Out DS 1.1.1

Resolved an issue where users with user names longer than 30 characters were incorrectly allowed to create multiple active sign-in records.

Added dark mode capability.

Dark mode must be enabled for your instance so that users can turn it on. See Enable Dark Mode for details.

Added a Clear All filter, which enables users to clear filters and searches at the same time.

New Remove Filter

The Remove filter assists with a future release of JAI, Juvare’s AI solution, and excludes records that have been removed from response results. It also ensures deleted records do not display on Maps.

This new filter will have no impact on the functionality of the updated board.

• Administrators can now sign multiple users in to track their hours worked. Previously, administrators could only sign users out. Give users access to this feature using the new Sign In Desk board permission.

• Administrators can now edit time in and time out on the History List view. Give users access to this feature using the new History Edit board permission.

Sign In/Out DS 1.0.0

The Sign In/Out DS Board is a new DesignStudio-compatible board that helps you track the people on shift during day-to-day operations or an incident. You can use it immediately in Unified Command Platform and then import it into DesignStudio for customization if needed.

You must import the DesignStudio version of this board as a new board instead of overwriting the non-DS version.

• Added help text to the red exclamation mark icon on the Current Staffing list to inform users when someone has been logged in for over 24 hours.

• Added a label to inform users that the Date/Time In and Date/Time Out fields are required.

• Resolved a map zoom issue on the Current Staffing list.

• Corrected a grammatical issue on the History tab that appeared when selecting Export to Excel.
