2026 Board Release Notes
These notes describe enhancements and resolutions introduced to Unified Command Platform boards in 2026. Releases are listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent releases at the top. More information is available through the help in your solution or by contacting the Juvare Support Center at +1 (877) 771-0911 or support@juvare.com.
Boards can be downloaded from the Unified Command Platform Boards Downloads page. Standard boards are available for download without a license key. All other board types (premium, add-on, and industry) require a license key to install. Contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) for additional information.

Board Enhancements
Air and Cruise 2.3.3

Added Passenger Subtype Field to Verifications: Added the pgr_type_subcat field to the Passenger Verification list view for better passenger identification.

New Passenger Subtype Filter: Added a new Subtype filter to the main Passenger list view. After selecting a main type (Passenger, Crew, or On Ground) the user may additionally filter down to the subtypes for the category.

Hospital Status Report Enhancement: Added Total Released values to the Hospital Status report.

Mobile Passenger View Enhancement: Added the Last Name column to the mobile Passenger list view.

Mobile Display Improvement: Updated the mobile Passenger view to better conserve space and prevent overflow. Long names are now truncated with ellipses when needed.

Passenger Search Enhancement: Added Family Group and Travel Group fields to free-text Passenger search. These fields, found under Detail > Flight Info, can help identify the groups a user was traveling with if recorded on the passenger record.

Call Center Record Deletion: Added the ability to delete Passenger Enquiry records in Call Center.

New Call Center Delete Permission: Added a new permission (POB Caller Delete) to delete Call Center records in both the Call Center (SAT) and Call Center (TEC) list views.
Resolutions

Hospital Status Report Fix: Corrected the Total Affected column in the Hospital Status report so values now display properly.

Legal Government Tab Return Link Fix: Corrected the Passenger List return link on Legal > Government.
Board Enhancements
Education Event Reporting 1.3 and Event Reporting (HC) 1.3

ICS 214 Creation: Added the ability for users to generate ICS 214 forms from the Activity Log view.

Select an operational period to automatically pull the current user’s Activity Log entries into the ICS 214.
This new ability applies to records created after importing the Event Reporting 1.3 Board.

Add a signature to the form by drawing directly on the view, typing, or uploading an image.

The Description field can now be made optional on record update through the Settings view. The field will always be required on record creation.

A user’s "real name" will be shown in the description history timestamps. If a real name is not available, the username will be show in its place.

Added the ability to post records directly to Significant Events from the Controller Review Display view using the more menu dropdown.

Incident Creator 1.4.1 
"Incident Creation Date/Time" has been updated to "Incident Date/Time" to more accurately reflect when an Incidents starts.
Maintenance Management 1.1

New Suppliers Table: Introduced a new Suppliers table. Suppliers serve as the source for assets and parts and can now be selected from a dropdown menu within input views.

Vendor Association Update: Vendors are now tied exclusively to Work Orders. Users can select a vendor from a dropdown menu within the work order input view.

New Report: Hours by Vendor: Added the Hours by Vendor report, which identifies the vendors assigned to work orders and calculates the total hours completed by each vendor.

Enhanced Print View (Hours by Vendor Report): When printing the Hours by Vendor report, the work order description will now appear directly beneath each corresponding work order record for additional context.
PowerOutage.com Integration 1.1

State Name Displayed in Outages: Added the state name to both Current Outages and Planned Outages views for improved geographic clarity.

“Clear All” Button for Filtered Tabs: Introduced a Clear All button on tabs that support both filtering and search, allowing users to quickly reset applied criteria.

Filter Count Indicator: Added a filter count indicator to all tabs, displaying the number of active filters at a glance.

County History in Utility Details: Added a History section to counties within the Utility Details view, providing greater visibility into historical changes and activity.
Workforce Management 1.1

Crew Management: Added the ability to create crews, which are composed of team members and resources, and can be assigned to assignments.

Assignment Expenses: Added the ability to associate expenses to team members or to the assignment itself. Allows the user to track expenses like lodging, meals, travel, and additional equipment.

Assignment Invoicing: Added the ability to view an invoice directly from an assignment, with only invoiceable expenses displaying, and with the option to selectively include labor costs.

Assignment Crew History: Added the ability to automatically log crews that have been unassigned from an assignment and display their history along with the associated team members and resources.

Resolved an issue where elements could be duplicated after an auto refresh.

Resolved an issue that prevented a calendar picker from appearing when the user attempted to filter the Significant Events dashboard by a date range.

Performance improvements: Addressed minor bugs and made performance enhancements to improve the user experience.

Resolved an issue on the ICS 214 input where leaving the signature pad blank could result in the record being unable to save.

Header Components: Added support for marking a component as a Header, allowing it to appear in the final plan without requiring completion. Header components are excluded from progress calculations, and the manager view hides instructions/body fields while the details view removes the edit option for the component body.

Table of Contents PDF Spacing: Improved PDF output by reducing excessive top/bottom margins on Table of Contents items, producing a cleaner layout and reducing the likelihood of the TOC spilling onto additional pages.

Improved PDF Page Breaks: Resolved issues causing unexpected page breaks in printed/PDF plans by updating page-break CSS behavior—allowing proper breaks within content while preventing breaks immediately after component titles and within table structures.

Performance improvements: Addressed minor bugs and made performance enhancements to improve the user experience.
Project Management 1.2.3 
Resolved an error on the Dashboard view that would occur if the length of labels exceeded their character limit.
Requests and Tasks (HC) 1.3.1 
Fixed an issue where list view badge colors were not displaying correctly when a request status was Complete, Closed, or Canceled.
Requests, Inventory, and Deployments 2.3.1

Resolved an issue where Requests were incorrectly displayed as Overdue in the Dashboard view after being marked as Completed, Canceled, Rejected, or Closed.

Corrected the Active card count in the Dashboard to exclude Rejected requests.

With structured fields for release content, attachments, approval status, and publication timing, the Press Releases DS board supports consistent messaging and audit-ready documentation from first draft to final release.
