Incident Creator DS 1.0

The Incident Creator DS board is a new DesignStudio-compatible board that gives you the ability to quickly create and manage incidents without requiring Admin access. You can use it immediately in WebEOC Nexus and then import it into DesignStudio for customization if needed.

You must import the DesignStudio version of this board into DesignStudio as a new board instead of overwriting the non-DS version.

New Remove Filter

The Remove filter assists with a future release of JAI, Juvare’s AI solution, and excludes records that have been removed from response results. It also ensures deleted records do not display on Maps.

This new filter will have no impact on the functionality of the updated board.

Enhancements and resolutions on the Incident Creator Boards include:

• Introduced a new notification element for more intuitive user and group assignments on the Incident Creator 1.3, Incident Creator (HC) 1.3.1, and Education Incident Creator 1.3 boards.

• The Notify Contacts menu was replaced with an option that allows you to select recipients from all users, positions, and groups that have notifications configured. Additionally, groups assigned to the incident can be added to the notification recipient list by selecting the checkbox below the group name.

  Notifications will not be sent unless the Board Notifications feature is set up through the notification_recipients field on the board.

• Resolved an issue that occurred when sorting incidents by the status column on the Incident Creator 1.3, Incident Creator (HC) 1.3.1, and Education Incident Creator 1.3 boards.

An issue with filter counts not showing properly on the Incidents list was resolved.

• An issue that caused information about the user who created the incident to not display correctly on the List View was resolved.

• An issue that prevented the map on the List View from zooming to the incident location was resolved.

• On the Incident form, the Location Name field was added to help you identify and manage locational information.

• On the Incident form, the mapping component was expanded so that, in addition to points, you can now create line, polygon, and circle features.

• The details presented on slide-out panels were updated to match the Juvare style standards.

• An issue that prevented you from removing a deleted incident from the corresponding board was resolved.

• Several minor enhancements and issues were completed to improve overall usability.
