Industry boards require a license key to import. Once they are imported, they cannot be exported. Contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) for more information.

The Healthcare Board Set addresses specific use cases in conjunction with the standard boards.

To set up the boards

  1. Import the board.

  2. Create a feature group and assign the board to the feature group for user access. When you add or edit the board for a feature group, enter the following information:

    Field Description Valid Values

    Default Label

    The name for the board as you want it to appear on the Boards menu.

    Any combination of up to 200 alphanumeric characters, excluding special characters.

    Input

    The view that allows you to add records to the board.

    Assign input views through board permissions; set this field to None.

    Select None.

    Display

    The view that displays when a board is opened.

    Select one assignable display view as defined below.

    Device Type

    The type of device the board is intended for display on.

    Select one of the following options:

    • Desktop

    • Mobile

    • Desktop and Mobile

    View Filters

    The filters that determine what data is visible on the board.

    Unlike the filter/search feature that you can add to a board to help you find data, the view filters limit the visibility of data.

    If applicable, select a filter according to the board specifications.

    Board Permissions Tags

    The actions that feature group members can perform on the board.

    Select one or more permissions according to the board specifications.

  4. Click Save.

Dependency

  • This board is connected to the Event Reporting (HC) Board.

  • When an individual posts an Event Reporting (HC) entry with the Area for Improvement type, the record is posted to the AAR.

Board Naming Convention

This board should be named After Action Review (HC) for the Event Reporting (HC) linking to function properly.

EMTrack Integration

  • List - Displays the patient status, facility information, and incident name. This is the standard view.

  • Dashboard - Summarizes the patient and facility data on a Dashboard view.

  • Dashboard - View the Patients/Facility Dashboard

  • Delete - Delete patient records

  • Patients - View the Patients tab

  • Update - Update patient records

Dependency

  • The EMTrack Integration leveragesJuvare Exchange (JX) to push data from EMTrack to WebEOC Nexus.

  • A Juvare team member can provide support with the installation and setup.

    Only applicable to clients who have purchased EMTrack and WebEOC Nexus and wish to push data from EMTrack to WebEOC Nexus.


Event Reporting (HC)
  • Activity Log Display - Displays activity log records created by any user assigned to the current position.

  • Controller Review Display - Displays all records and allows designated controllers to manage significant events.

  • Dashboard - Summarizes significant event record totals on a Dashboard view.

  • Significant Events Display - Displays all records designated as “Significant Events.”

    • Set the approval status for significant event records

    • Enable/disable the controller review

    • Set the significant events time filter

Dependency

  • This board is connected to the After Action Review (HC) Board and the Facility Status (HC) Board.

  • When a user selects the Area for Improvement event type and initially saves the record, a copy of the record is created in the After Action Review process.

  • The Location field is a typeahead drop-down list that references facility records.

  • The Location field on the individual assessment Input view is a typeahead drop-down list that references facility records.

Facility Status (HC)
  • List Facilities - Displays all facility records.

  • Dashboard - Summarizes facility status totals on a Dashboard view.

  • Clear Facilities - Clear all facilities from the List view

  • Configure Dashboard - Configure what charts display on the Dashboard view

  • Configure List - Configure what fields display on the List Facilities view

  • Copy HVA - Copy an HVA to save time when creating a new HVA.

  • Create Facility - Create facility records

    This permission should only be used if EMResource is not being integrated.

  • Create HVA - Create HVA records for a facility

  • Geocode Facilities - Geocode facility locations on the List Facilities view

  • HVA - View HVAs and the HVA tab

  • Import Facility - Import multiple facilities from the List Facilities view

  • Import Template - Download a template used to import multiple facilities

  • Remove Facility - Remove facility records from a List view

    This permission should only be used if EMResource is not being integrated

  • Update Facility - Update facility records

  • Update HVA - Update HVA records for a facility

Incident Creator (HC)
  • Incident List - Displays incidents that have been created.

  • Contact List - Displays contacts that have been created.

  • Create Contact - Create a contact.

  • Create Incident - Create an incident that would create a WebEOC Nexus incident.

  • Delete Contact - Remove contacts from a List view.

  • Edit Contact - Update contacts.

  • Edit Incident - Update incidents.

  • Navigation Tabs - Show the navigation tab bar when the Incidents List views and Contacts List views are assigned to the main menu.

  • The Incident Creator (HC) Board requires the Incident Creator installer.

  • This board is connected to the Facility Status (HC) Board.

Requests Tasks (HC)
  • List - Displays resource request and task assignment records.

  • Dashboard - Summarizes request/task totals on a Dashboard view.

  • List - Deployments - Displays all deployment records.

  • List - Finance - Displays all finance records.

My Assignments and Requests - Limits records to those created by or currently assigned to the user's position. Meant to be assigned at the group level.

Allows users to:

  • Create - Create resource request and task assignment records.

  • Delete - Remove resource request and task assignment records.

  • Deployments - Create/Update - Create deployment records and update existing deployment records. This permission must be assigned in conjunction with the Deployments - View board permission.

  • Deployments - Delete - Remove deployment records. This permission must be assigned in conjunction with the Deployments - View board permission.

  • Deployments - View - View the deployments portion of the board. This permission must be assigned to enable a user to create/update deployment records.

  • Finance - Create/Update - Create finance records and update existing finance records. This permission must be assigned in conjunction with the Finance - View board permission.

  • Finance - Delete - Remove finance records. This permission must be assigned in conjunction with the “Finance - View” board permission.

  • Finance - View - View the finance portion of the board. This permission must be assigned to enable a user to create/update finance records.

  • Open Assignment - Assign resource request and task assignment records directly to other WebEOC Nexus positions.

  • Update - Update existing resource request and task assignment records.

  • The eICS Integration leverages the power of JX to bring data from eICS into WebEOC Nexus.

  • The Requests Tasks (HC) Board is used to display eICS data in WebEOC Nexus.

  • A Juvare team member can provide support with the installation and setup.

    Only applicable to clients who have purchased eICS and WebEOC Nexus and wish to push data from eICS into WebEOC Nexus.
