Healthcare Labs Boards Industry Board icon

Industry boards require a license key to import. Once they are imported, they cannot be exported. Contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) for more information.

The Healthcare Labs Board Set addresses specific use cases in conjunction with the standard boards.

To set up the boards

  1. Import the board.

  2. Create a feature group and assign the board to the feature group for user access. When you add or edit the board for a feature group, enter the following information:

    Default Label

    The name for the board as you want it to appear on the Boards menu.

    Any combination of up to 200 alphanumeric characters, excluding special characters.

    Input

    The view that allows you to add records to the board.

    Assign input views through board permissions; set this field to None.

    Select None.

    Display

    The view that displays when a board is opened.

    Select one assignable display view as defined below.

    Device Type

    The type of device the board is intended for display on.

    Select one of the following options:

    • Desktop

    • Mobile

    • Desktop and Mobile

    View Filters

    The filters that determine what data is visible on the board.

    Unlike the filter/search feature that you can add to a board to help you find data, the view filters limit the visibility of data.

    If applicable, select a filter according to the board specifications.

    Board Permissions Tags

    The actions that feature group members can perform on the board.

    Select one or more permissions according to the board specifications.

  4. Click Save.

  • List - Displays grant records, statuses, and balances. This is the standard view.

  • Dashboard - Summarizes grant data in a Dashboard view.

Training Tracker

  • List - Displays all courses (past, present, and future).

  • List - Students - Displays a list of active and inactive students.

  • Calendar - Displays the course calendar.

Labs AAR
  • List - After Actions - Displays after action records and allows you to navigate to other views via assigned board permissions.

  • Dashboard - Summarizes AAR totals in a Dashboard view.

  • Delete AAR - Remove AAR records from a List view

  • Create Comment - Create comment records

  • Update Comment - Update comment records

  • Corrective Action Manager - Manage AAR records and assign them to an improvement plan

  • View After Actions (Global) - Enable the tab to view after actions across all incidents

  • View Improvement Plan - Enable the tab to view improvement plan records

  • View Improvement Plan (Global) - Enable the tab to view improvement plan records across all incidents

Labs COOP
  • List - Displays labs/facilities and COOP statuses. This is the standard view.

  • Dashboard - Summarizes the facility and COOP status in a Dashboard view.

 

Allows users to:

  • Create - Create lab records

  • Dashboard - View the Labs COOP Dashboard

  • Delete - Delete lab records

  • Plans - Navigate to COOP plans

  • Update - Update lab records

Lab Schedule
  • List - Shows all active scheduled events for the current day. This is the standard view.

  • List - For Dashboard - List view specifically designed to be used with the WebEOC Nexus Dashboard plug-in. This view is not meant to be assigned directly to the main menu.

  • List - For Projector - List view specifically designed to be displayed on large screens or projectors.

Allows users to:

  • Create - Create new scheduled events.

  • Delete - Remove scheduled event records.

  • Management - Access the Management view where records can be set to either Active or Inactive. This is the only view where you can view inactive records.

  • Projector View - Navigate from List view to List - For Projector view. This board permission is not necessary if you are assigning List - For Projector directly to the main menu.

  • Update - Update existing shelter records.

Lab Status
  • List - Displays laboratories and important statuses. This is the standard view.

  • Dashboard - Displays lab totals and statuses in a Dashboard view.
